May I have a list of what New York State child support is supposed to cover?

To make a "list" of things New York child support covers would
oversimplify the statute to the point that it would dramatically
detract from it's wording. The New York state child support guidelines
are set forth in Article 13 of the Domestic Relations Law Section 240.
Under New York law, child support consists of two elements: ?basic?
child support and the ?add-ons.? You will need to read the entire
statute to understand precisely what this entails. Please let me know
if this answers your question sufficiently in lieu of an actual "list"
of things child support covers.
