I'm looking for a convenient way to print files on my networks. There
is a wireless router and ethernet ports available in the coffee shop
portion, but there is no printer located there. About a 100 feet away
in our office is a xerox office copy/printer and several computers,
but they are on an ethernet network, not on the wireless network of
the coffee shop, so I'm looking for a way for my clients in the coffee
shop to print to the office printer. I've thought of a few options:
1. Have a software driver like FedEx uses that would send it from the
clients computer to a website or one of the office computers where a
staff member can then print the file and the person can then come pick
it up.
2. Buy a small laser printer for the coffee shop, but with this option
I need a hardware or software solution that would allow anyone in the
coffee shop to pick up their file from either wireless computers or
the ethernet ones.
The first option is preferable, because it doesn't require me to buy a
new printer. Thanks |
