At what level do you mean by "supplier". By this I mean are you
looking for the mfg. or the distributor? Historically, paper supplies
have been sold by paper distributors. Over the last 20 years food
distributors have taken over the inst. market. These items have become
marginally profitable and much easier for the food distributor to
handle since they make up the profit margin on food items.Look to the
larger and national food suppliers with a national presence and you
will find the larger "disposables" sales.

I'm looking for the big boys. The top 10 manufacturers and/or
distributors - some companies manufacture and distribute, some only
manufacture, some only distribute. I need to find out who
manufactures/distributes the most paper plates nationwide.
