It's easy!

Just take HALF of what you currently eat and watch the pounds slip away. (14 words)

There are only two ways to really lose weight:

1. Change your food-pattern (or how do you say that, srry my english
isn't exactly perfect)

2. Exercise

A combination of these two things is way more efficient than just
doing one really good and the other not at all.

1. Food pattern: in 90 % of the cases, diets are useless because you
start eating bad after you lost weight and it'll be back in no time.
The most important thing is to change the things you eat, not stop
eating at all. Of course, if you're eating too much you should change
that first.
After that, start switching the bad things you eat (junk-food, fat
food, food with too much calories, etc) for things that don't make you
fat. Now don't just stop eating, but start looking for alternatives
that are tasty, but not fat. This way, you can keep up the good work,
without your weight bouncing up and down like a jojo.

2. Exercise. Most important thing to keep in mind: go do a sport that
you like. You can go and spend months in a gym, but if you don't like
it, in the end you're not going to hold on.
Jogging is good, so is cycling. You can do pretty much everything as
long as you let your body work a little. Try and find a companion in
your 'mission' by the way, it'll make things a lot easier.
Try to exercise at least 2-3 times a week, that's the most effective way.

If you have any questions left, post them and if i'll read them, i'll
try and answer them.

Good luck!!!
