You should clarify your question.  Are you talking about mortgages
currently being issued?  If so you should look at mortgages issued in
a recent period, say 2005.  Are you talking about all existing
mortgages?  Some were issued a number of years ago when the ratios, no
doubt were different.  Are you talking about a certain section of the
country?  The ratios probably are different between high cost and low
cost sections of the country.
