Where can I find in the United Kingdom (preferably, but may consider
world wide) an organisation that would be willing to value an
extremely rare antique military vehicle? The vehicle is a 1941 Ford
Mk4 AFV (Armoured Fighting Vehicle) made in Carlow, South Ireland.
I'd be interested in auctioneers willing to valuate the vehicle that
can travel to where it is kept (Near Birmingham, UK).

What condition is it in?
Rust has taken its toll on a little part of the bodywork, but as
we're talking at least half inch thick steel, nothing's rotten
through. The Platform near the sill has come apart due to welding
weaknesses.  Tires are good condition, inside shows a bit of wear;
been covered up by heavy duty covers for the past 15-20 years. Engine
as far as I am aware is in good condition, but does not start (fairly
rusty to look at, but it has been run before about 10-15 years ago).

Does it run? Above..

Have you any history about where and when it was used?
Only history I have is it was used in Ireland around 1941, no more
info, but the *exact* vehicle (including number plate) was sketched in
a military book.

Do you know of any other of this vehicle are housed?
There are approx 3 left in the world. Two not sure about, but one is in a museum.
