Hi Lloyd,
Looking at your page's source, I see nothing that would prevent the
Googlebot from deliberately ignoring you - you don't use frames or
employ JavaScript, both of which tend to upset search engine spiders,
and even though you rely heavily on tables for formatting, all of your
content is in the first column.
It seems your problem is more one of timing and links. Have you
submitted your page manually, or are you just waiting for the
Googlebot to find you? If the latter, that may be your holdup.
Feeding your URL to Google reveals that you only have a few sites
linking to your page, and of those, they are mostly just link pages,
with no other content. To combat this, try to get a few links from
webmasters with page content similar to your own - the Googlebot looks
at page content as well as just plain links!
"When a URL is submitted to Google, we look for it in our next crawl.
If you've already submitted your URL, your site could easily appear in
our new index, which will go up when the current crawl is completed.
However, if no other site links to yours, it may be difficult for our
crawler to find you. Conversely, if many sites link to your page,
there is a good chance we will find you without your submitting your
URL.
Occasionally, websites are not reachable when we try to crawl them
because of network or hosting problems. When this happens, we retry
multiple times, but if the site cannot be crawled, it will not be
listed in our current index. If it was a transient problem, the site
will likely show up in the next index, which will be completed in a
few weeks."
I've submitted my site to Google and it's still not listed. Why?

It's also entirely possible that the Googlebot encountered technical
difficulties while trying to crawl your site:
"A technical glitch on our side may have caused us to 'miss' your
site. In crawling more than 2 billion pages every few weeks, our
system experiences hiccups from time to time. Again, this is a
transient problem, and your site will likely show up in the next
index. Please be patient with us during this period, as we are not
able to modify our index by hand to add sites missed in this way."
My Web Pages Are Not Currently Listed

The Googlebot only takes a stroll every few weeks. Even though you
might not be in the current index, you may very well appear in the
next one!
In the meantime, why not jumpstart things a little?
Submit your URL to Google yourself:
For Site Owners: Submit your site

Submit your URL to DMOZ and Yahoo:
"Google partners on the Web include Yahoo! and Netscape. As part of
our agreements with these sites we include the sites in their
directories (Yahoo! and DMOZ) in the Google index. If you are having
difficulty getting listed in the Google index, you may want to
consider submitting your site to either or both of these directories.
You can submit to Yahoo! by visiting
http://docs.yahoo.com/info/suggest/. You can submit your site to
Netscape's Open Directory Project (DMOZ) by visiting www.dmoz.org.
Once your site is included in either of these directories you can
expect to see it appear in the Google index in four to eight weeks."
