What do you think? I filed "A Demand For Arbitration" for "CLICK FRAUD" with the American Arbitration Association's(AAA) Western Regional Office located at 6795 North Palm Avenue, 2nd floor, Fresno, CA 93704. Telephone: 877-528-0880; internet: http://www.adr.org/. There are other Regional Offices which one can obtain from the AAA website The AWSM contract calls for filing with the AAA as a necessary first step in this QUASI COURT legal process. If one is still not satisfied then one can go to court. You don't need an attorney to rip you off for $30,000 You can file In Pro Per. It costs $750 to file the "Demand for Arbitration form" which can be obtained at http://www.adr.org/. The arbitrators are independent attorneys who have experience in arbitration. You select 3 arbitrators from a list of 5. It costs an additional $475 for the arbitrators to hear the case. I will have my hearing within 45 days. One can sue for the initial re-imbursement that one requests plus administrative costs and PUNITIVE DAMAGES! According to the contract, the hearing must be held in Phoenix, AZ, although the Regional Office for the AAA may be located elsewhere. Is this the right tact to file a grievance inasmuch, as the AWSM contract calls for this first step in the legal process? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

Thanks for your posting about AWSM Technologies! My husband signed up with them in 2005 and we have not seen any evidence of their product or service. It's months later. I spoke with four men at the company, each exceedingly rude and arrogant. To make matters worse they would not return our money, and proceeded to insult my husband and I. After speaking with these folks for over an hour I still did not get a clear sense of why they wanted us to invest $25,000 in their TV ads for an invisible product/service. They were tactless and one of the men just got frustrated and hung up the phone after his "telemarketing script" didn't work. I was later transferred to the owner (professed owner) who tried to prove the system he was sharing with us had worked for him during the prior 12 years. He claimed he was wealthy as a result. His proof: He drove a Ford 150 and his wife had access to a Mustang. Is this success? I think not. He then proceeded to insult me by telling me to open my purse and return my husbands balls back to him. He was angry we wouldn't invest the originally talked about $25,000. It is suspicious that they send outragious agreements and demand a reinvestment. I suspected them of being scam artists after realizing they were not providing a product for the money we had spent months ago. Attempts to contact them and recieve proper customer service were also in vein. Conversations with their sales people and owners provided no sense trust. Today, we just discovered an unauthorized charge of $2,500 to our credit card by these folks. PLEASE BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS. We will be reporting the fraud tomorrow morning. Good luck with your case. Let me know how it goes. |
