During the heyday of the SONY Walkman (starting in the early 80s I believe), the growth curve for sales rivaled that of the Apple iPod. My market research question relates to comparable sales and growth during that same period of SONY car audio products, especially SONY car stereos with cassette players in them. Standard AM/FM after market radios should be included in the data. I am doing a paper on this topic and haven't been able to find the data anywhere. I need to report on both sales and unit growth of the car audio products as compared to the original Walkman. Any information would be greatly appreciated. |
