My guess is that the court won't buy your argument. Given that your license number is correct, and that there's only one person, you, to whom that number belongs, the judge will (in my estimation) allow that the officer made a trivial mistake. This sort of thing must happen rather regularly. The only thing to hope for is that there really is someone licensed with that first/second name who can demonstrably be shown to have been at that location that day. |

To recap: you are not going to appear in court because you the summons is not correctly filled out. I guess the worst thing that could happen is that the judge will issue a warrant for your arrest and the next time you are stopped you will be locked up and have to post bail to get out. Sounds like a winning course of action to me. |
