It appears there are approximately 1,500 sporting goods stores in
Ontario, Canada, so I'm following up on your clarification and sending
you to a site that lists them all.

Phone numbers and fax numbers are available for all of the listings at
that first link by clicking on the store name.

For instance, clicking on the name of the first store listed, 2nd
Century Source for Sports brings you to this page:

Which lists (under Contact info) the following information:
Telephone: (705) 325-1672 
Fax: (705) 327-5662 

Again, there are 1500 entries and it would take quite a bit of space
and time to list them all here, but from what I can tell, every entry
has that information in the list I provided.

Alternately, here is another source of all of the Sporting Goods
stores.

The advantage of this list is that it provides the phone number on the
same page as the listing. It, however, does not appear to provide the
fax number for the businesses. Additionally, there are only 1085
listings instead of the approximately 1500 returned by the previous
web site listed.
