I would like a list of every government grant available to divorced
single mothers pertaining to home energy efficiency and home
improvement.  Clear concise listings with additional instructions as
to how to apply and techniques to improve my chances of
recieving the grant will result in a significant tip.

I also would like the grants to specifically pertain to only
Caucasian, single, divorced mothers, that made 68,000 dollars last
year and is a mother to 3 Native American children and 1 Caucasian
adult domicile.

Can you tell us in what state and city you are located?  Many grants
are geographically restricted.

I live in Ketchikan, Alaska Zip Code 99901.  Ketchikan Indian Clinic
offers different grants as well if you could provide all of the
available Native grants and scholarships available I would add an
extra tip.
