I am looking for a list of the Top 3 largest commercial real estate
brokerage firms in the US. As well as the Top #1 largest commercial 
real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Also, the Top #1 largest
commercial real estate brokerage firm in New York. The list should
be from larger to smaller.

We read you, but listing the ten largest firms, unless some website
has already documented the information, probably requires more
searching than the present price of the question justifies, not to
mention the additional information on Texas and NY.
If you make three questions, you will have a better chance of getting answers.
