In the State of New Jersey, can an attorney who represented a woman
against her husband in divorce, then married her himself, continue to
represent her in matters regarding the children (custody and child
support in particular)of the original marraige, who reside with the
attorney (stepfather) and mother. Plaese note the mother no longer
works, so it is assumed that the attorney/husband is helping with the
communal support in addition to the child support paid buy the
original father.
