Mobilsate SRL is clearly a scam.

The Romaninan Ministry of Justice maintains a central trade register.
I searched their database [1], and there is no company of that name in
Romania at all. The "SRL" behind the alleged company name indicates
their Romanian legal form, "Societate cu Raspundere Limitata", so if
they existed, they would be registered as "Mobilsate" and have to
appear under that name in the database. But they don't.

A bolder lie, and better proof for their fraudulent nature is hard to
imagine. I recommend not to do any business with them.

Mobilsate SRL is absolutly a scam.
We have been in contact with them and send them money, but just to
find out all is fake.
We have got mail from them, laughing about us, and telling us they are mafia.
We have contacted our embassy in Romania and the police on them.
We have got banking from them what we proberbly can get to them on and
we have several phonenumbers what is listed at Vodafone.
The name Victor Adams is also a fake name.

Dont do business with them.

Just to confirm that MobilSate SRL is a total scam. 
I have also sent money and that was the end of contact. Everything is
reported to the police now, but I am looking  for someone who might
have more information about it and how to start searching for them in
Romania. Their phones are still active and might be traceable. Their
bank account is:
