Hi! Thanks for the question.

As a fellow Filipino, I am glad that I am a bearer of good news!

It seems that your husband can work and would need to acquire a Letter
of Consent from the Employment Pass Department of Ministry of Manpower
if his salary is S$2501 or more. If it is less than that amount, you?d
have to get a work permit at the Work Permit Department.

?Dependent Pass holders require only a Letter of Consent from the
Employment Pass Department of Ministry of Manpower to work in
Singapore if the salary is S$2501 or more. The DP holder has to apply
for a Work Permit at the Work Permit Dept if the salary is less than
S$2500?

?You can work full time on a dependent's pass. Your employer applies
to the Ministry of Manpower for a "Letter of Consent" on your behalf.
Just a form to fill in and send in with details of your employment,
your cv, previous work references etc. This letter of consent applies
only for that job, so if you change employers you need a new LOC.?

?If a Dependent Pass Holders want s to take up work in Singapore they
have to apply for a Letter of Consent. Applications need to be
sponsored by an employer who can be the Dependent Pass Holder
her/himself in ease of proprietorship of his/her own company.?
