registered in the UK. I need a full report on the shareholders,
capital, etc...
the company has been operating for no more than 3 years.

From a preliminary look, there appears to be very little information
on this company, though I was able to find the following:

--their UK registration with the proper company name (which is a bit
different than 'Nuts For Life')

--A company contact name, phone and email

--their website registration, though they do not yet have an active
website up and running.

--They are associated with an online women's magazine, though the
exact nature of the relationship is not clear


I'll be happy to dive into this in detail, making every effort to
uncover additional information.  But it would be helpful to have your
assurance that a 'best effort' approach will meet your needs, even if
the end result is that there is not much more information to offer
than what I have listed above.

I have not found any connection between Nuts For Life in the UK, and
Al Homaizi Foodstuff, a Kuwaiti company.

You seem to have some information at hand about Nuts For Life.  The
more you can tell me, the better I can focus my research efforts...any
additional details will be helpful.

The only person's name that I have thus far come up with in connection
with Nuts For Life is a Ms. Lismore...ring any bells?

But again, no connection to Al Homaizi Foodstuff that I can see. 

Please let me know as much as you can about Nuts For Life.  And please
let me know if I should continue researching, even when there's a good
chance that a final answer will only contain the information I've
outlined above.

My preliminary research shows that Al Homaizi Foodstuffs owns a
company called Al Rifai Nuts and Confectionery, Ltd. so it would make
sense that they might own an interest in several nut suppliers. Please
tell us how you found out that Al Homaizi ?one of the owners? of Nuts
for Life. Any additional information, no matter how inconsequential it
seems, might be able to help with our search.

I've made a very thorough search of available records, and there does
not appear to be a company named "Nuts For Life" in the UK.


There is one company that comes close, and I'll detail my findings below.  

However, they are not directly in the food business, nor do they have
any connection that I could see to Al Homaizi Foodstuff Company. 
There is also one other entity that might be of interest to you, so
I've included it as well.
