On Windows xp and aol - suddenly my mouse cursor is mostly an arrow and won't
hover with the hand on most links. Anyone know a quick fix, thanks?

valpal...

Assuming that your browser/explorer properties haven't changed,
and links are still showing as proper links, and that it is
actually a mouse issue...

Go to Settings -> Control Panel -> Mouse -> Pointers and see
what image is shown under Link Select. If it's not the hand,
highlight the current image and use Browse to find the hand,
or just click on the Use Default button to restore the usual
suspects that Windows normally uses, which includes the hand.

Let me know if this helps, and I'll post it as an answer...
