I am looking for a flag (to purchase) for the United States Special
Operations Command (USSOCOM). The emblem can be viewed here:

The flag consists of a black background with the emblem in the center.

Not required for a correct answer, but a few different sources would be nice.

I can't find a flag like that. However there are a number of companies
that will make custom flags based on graphics and specifications you
give them.

If you are only looking for one, your best route seems to be going
with a digitally printed nylon flag.
