I recently attended a free seminar where by show of hands, fewer than
ten percent of the audience had a living trust. I wonder what the real
percentage is, or some other relevant statistics specifically related
to Trusts. I have the common figure of 58% not having wills already.

Ideally, this info will be for California, where probate has been a
nightmare apparently, compared to other states.

This info is just for winning an argument, sorry I can't offer more.

If it helps, I didn't have a lot of luck finding this information with
straightforward search terms like "living trust" and "statistics," so
I leave it to those with experience to throw out terms that may not be
so obvious?
