Thanks for your comments! I am looking to buy a corvette from a GM
dealer, and they arent offering any incentives or low interest rates.

Look for an auto maker offering a low interest rate as an inticement
to sell more cars of a slow moving model.

What about your car dealer, in Germany they often have very low rates
if they promote certain types (sometimes ~2% effective).
