Interesting question.  I checked the US and European trademark
databases, and did find any registered trademark for 'Edith Head'.

However, there is a commercial business name for Edith Head designs,
which you can see here:

and interestingly, the site claims trademarks for:

As I said, I didn't see any offical information indicating that 'Edith
Head' is trademarked.  But do you really want to run the risk of
getting in the crosshairs of lawyers from Universal Studios and/or the
Edith Head Estate?
