I have a problem with Outlook multi-account configuration. I have multiple e-mail accounts set up with-in Outlook. Normally when I respond to an e-mail, Outlook automatically responds by using the account that the original e-mail went to. (ie. Email to someone@e-mail.com would respond by using someone@e-mail.com account) For some reason this is no longer the case. ie Email to someone@e-mail.com responds now with otheraccount@othere-mail.com (entirely different and non-associated account) Can someone tell me why this is happening and a way to correct it. Thank you, | |

Hi, Have you tried going to Tools > Accounts and making sure that the account you want to send with is set at default (this is in brackets next to the account). I had this problem and this solved it for me. Regards, p. |
