I am doing some research for the startup of a cosmetic line. 

I need information on a ball park figure of such start up costs such
as legal, stationary, consultants, insurance, product designers,
chemists, and so on. Costs will not include rent because the line
anticipates on selling through distributors an online.

Products will be made from minerals and will not harm the skin and
will also be high quality. The target costumer falls in the range from
15 to 35, and some products will be available to men. I need
information on the buying trends and consumer characteristics in the
industry (especially for a new start-up brand)...ie. Buying landscape,
industry report, most bought products, typical price range, market
analysis summary, market segmentation, market share, leading
companies, strategy and implementation, cash flow, start-up funding,
industry analysis, the management team needed, market forecast, sales
forecast, distribution plan...
