U.S. government restrictions placed on travel to Cuba.

Travel to Cuba via a third country such as Canada, Bahamas or Mexico.
Make sure no US Goverment Agency knows you are travelling to Cuba
(i.e. you might want to bring back nothing with you from Cuba and make
the travel arrangements from the third country)
