A friend found this photo in a forum called 4chan.org.  We have
attempted to have someone comment on this photo again by posting it in
their forum, but don't remember the directory it was posted in and
received no messages back.  We are extremely curious about it because
I have had almost 35 of my friends give me confirmation that they
thought it was me.  We're guessing it's a video capture and may be
adult-video related.  I'm mostly curious about her name and the source
of the photo.

I'd agree that it maybe from an adult site. Probably one that deals
with making adults into babies as a sort of fetish. Try to search
along those lines.
