I would like to know the best available plans for a dedicated internet
line used for hosting web servers into an office in King St, Newtown,
Sydney, Australia.

Things I would like to know about the plans:
- Speeds available vs price, eg 10mb/10mbs vs 5mb/5mbs with a minimum
of a 5mbs connection.
- All limitations on the plan - data limitations, etc
- How the plan is charged, eg charged for uploads, charged for downloads
- Any conditions of the plan - eg have to have your phone line with them
- Installation cost.

I would like to see the top 5 plans available based on my above
criteria, I am after:

1) A minimum of 5mbs upload speed (I will be hosting web servers on
this connection)
2) An uptime guarantee
3) Unlimited or generous limits on uploading
4) Minimal constraints and contract obligations

Any additional advise than can be offered by someone experiences with
these kinds of connections would be appreciated too. I would prefer
someone from Australia research this question, although it is not
mandatory.

My goal with this would be that the answerer (is that a word) will
work through this with me until I decide on and sign up with a plan,
as in you have a vested interest in making sure I get a plan I'm happy
with rather than just presenting the facts.
