I am looking for hotel reservation software (i.e.
http://www.ezeefrontdesk.com/ as a random example) for a small (ten
room) property.  The software must:

1. Support different rates on specific dates (including years, not
just seasonal).  It must be possible to enter a different rate for
certain dates without too much trouble (i.e. not reconfiguring all
your other rate settings).

2. Run on a single non-networked Windows computer

3. Cost less than $500

4. Be reasonably user-friendly.

I've reviewed iMagic and eZee, and neither seems to meet criteria #1,
but there appear to be many similar programs that I just don't have
the time to evaluate.
