My Incredimail program screen is cut off from the top of the page
where I can click onto minimize/maximize and close.  I have a back-up
Netscape program. When I click onto Incredimail I get a message from
Netscape that it is unable to connect with the "skin" I've chosen and
please choose another one.   I am a two-year computer novice and this
is all gobbledygook for me.

After running the Incredimail program and seeing it is active (you can
click in the main window and do things in it/the Windows taskbar [the
listing of programs next to the Start Menu] shows it as an indented
button/you can just assume most of the time that right after you run
it and see it it is active), press ALT-SPACE (that is to say, hold
down alt, pres space, release both keys in any order.) Options will
appear: Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize, and Close. Some of
these may be grayed out; ignore them. Press M to select move, and then
use the keyboard arrows, particularly down, to guide the program back
onto the page.
