Is there a requirement for staying your residence for at least 90 days before filing N-400 form for naturalization? I have lived in California for over five years and hold green card for over ten years more. Before I filed my N-400 form, I was taking a trip out of the States for three months. Now I received the notice of appointment for the interview. Will I pass the interview although I was away for three months before filing (assume I also pass the history questions)? Or I should canel the interview and refile N-400 again? |
