Heat: what is the most efficient way to cook a veetable such as
potatoe: baking, steaming or boiling? discuss the answer using
fundamentals of thermodynamics and scietific data(equations, facts,
theorems). will it cook faster or slower if one cuts it in small
pieces.

Buy a Swiss steam cooker - test it out for yourself

Personally I go for a light touch of Microwave
