I am really interested in developing a small and unique programme to
block sms spam. If possible, I hope this programme can be executed
cross the major mobile platform like j2me, .Net and Sybiams etc. First
of all, I expect to have a j2me programme to mobile spam filter on
handset. Please indicate the specific algorithm.

programme on server, consumer only need order this programme through
short message(like anti-spam to service center number).
