I am an American and have been accepted to a graduate school in
Geneva, Switzerland.  The school has already given out their grants
for the 2006-2007 academic year, so I'm looking for outside sources of
financial aid.  Does the U.S. government offer financial aid to
Americans studying in other countries?  Are there private
organizations, either American or Swiss, that sponsor scholarships I
could apply for?  I don't want scholarships or other forms of aid
where the deadline for applying has already past for the 2006-2007
