How can i protect an idea for a new product? its a product that is used every day just a different variation that i haven't seen anywhere. Thank you |

It depends on the idea. An idea for a new product should be OK. (It may depend on where you live.) It's worth asking a patent agent. But first do a Patent Search (on the Net maybe) it's surprising how many 'new ideas' have already been patented. Good Luck! Bryan |
