Are there any free Web browsers compatible with Mac OS 9.2 through
which I can check the mail in my AOL account? I used to use Netscape
7.0 for Mac to do this, but starting about 6 months ago I began
getting the "aol.com uses newer technology not supported by your
current browser" message. It suggests using Safari or Firefox, but
these browsers seem to only be compatible with MAC OS X, not 9.2.

I would strongly suggest upgrading your OS.
