I am looking for an online food chart that groups foods according to
the "five tastes" in taoist/chinese health systems. The five tastes
are: bitter, salty, sweet, spicy (acrid), and sour. I've found plenty
of references to the five tastes, their relationship to the five
elements and the seasons. And there are some articles that mention
certain foods and their qualities, but I can't find a real list of
foods grouped this way that could be used in following a diet or
cooking with the five tastes in mind.
