while playing golf.

To the commenters below, it's possible if the pesticide/fertilizer
level is too high. I can imagine the courses giving people bottles of
drinking water if the water fountains are not cleaned after spraying
the grass.

Is the YMCA required to supply water to weekend warriors playing
basketball on a saturday afternoon? No.

You can drink the water from the ball-washing spigots.  Many prefer to
flavor it with a "drop" of Scotch.

Most courses in Ohio that used to have water coolers out on the couse
stopped because of a few outbreaks of diarrhea (either campylobacter
or girardia, I can't remember which).  Not sure if similar problems
have occurred in PA.

Just another useless comment.  Having just read another question about grammar,
I would point out that golf courses don't play golf; they don't even
need to supply drinking water when they are not playing golf (which
they never do).  So on the basis of that, they never need to supply
drinking water.
