why our site www.universalweddingcards.com is not coming up with top
ten search from keywords-indian wedding cards, sikh wedding cards, wedding
cards, etc.
kindly suggest.

I may have just the answer for you: META tags. You use them, but
poorly. See http://www.widexl.com/remote/search-engines/metatag-analyzer.html.

Also, make sure you are linked to on other websites. If you want to
make SURE google knows about you, check out
://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769.
