Please note it states they claim to "cover nearly every level" which means
they do not cover every level without an exception. This means there is no
way to know if that means they will "pay for all of the project costs without
any cost to the borrower," unless they are contacted and asked just that.

Even though "unsecured personal or business loans or unsecured personal or
business loans for start-up businesses" might be readily available, it is
the "no credit history, no fees and no income" part of your requirements
that might not fit under their claim to "cover nearly every level."
Again, the only real way for you to find out if they can arrange such a
loan is for you to contact them.
Repeatedly parsing the limited and qualified information made available by
Reata Funding LLC will not accomplish anything.
