How many businesses that have websites are there in the United States
(all questions are in the U.S. only)?
How many don't have websites?
At what rate is the number of business with websites increasing?
How many of the business with websites are large enterprises; how many
are medium sized enterprises; how many are small?
Segment and categorize the businesses in each category as much as
possible (into different industries).
How many in each category support e-commerce on their websites?
