Good morning,

Silly question (probably).  I have long-distance service through AT&T.
 I also have DSL service through Earthlink.  I'm thinking of
cancelling my long-distance service.  Will that affect my ability to
access the internet? (I will still have local service with SBC).

No, it will not affect your internet service.
