Why does the pdf slideshow presentation I created open in Preview
instead of full-screen mode?

Help! I recently created a pdf slideshow presentation in Photoshop and
tested it on a variety of different systems (both Mac and PC). It was
error free and opened beautifully in full-screen mode. However, now
that I have had it burned to a CD it opens in "Preview", instead of
Acrobat Reader - on some computers.

a) why did this happen?
b) how can we fix it?
c) is there any instruction I could give potential viewers to avoid
this from happening?
