Hi, I am looking to put together a job description for a new buyer
with in fashion retail. I have an internal recruit; however their
buying experience is limited. I therefore want to train them up on
the 5-10 best practices that all buyers should adhere to when running
an effective retail buying function. What are these? Also, I
appreciate that the KPI's are margin, stock turn by catergory and
availbility - any others that would be useful for this department?
