I am looking to establish a web site that businesses and consumers

I am interested in small sites so I use netfirms.com - its a Canadian
company and for $60 a year you can get a decent no adverts domain
hosting site with two emails - or forward everything to that domain to
a single user.  I believe they use Cable and Wireless (formerly
Exodus) for their facilities.

Also try prohosting.com.

Another thing you might want to try is mydiscountdomains.com  - this
allows you to register a domain for $8.88 a year and forward 10 email
addresses somewhere else. This is very useful if for example you want
mycompany.com mycompany.org and mycompany.biz and you don't want to
pay a lot for the second and third names - they can then point to the
site mycompany.com.  Its also useful if you think people will misspell
your address or you want different addresses for your site.

We're hosting with Tera-Byte, www.tera-byte.com, and we NEVER plan on
moving.  Their tech support is top-notch, (and it's toll-free, too). 
We started with their Redirection.net service, and now we're using a
top-of-the-line hosting package.  Ever since we first signed up with
