Maybe I can shed some light on your previous questions... One headset you may find interesting is: http://froogle.google.com/froogle_cluster?q=headset+hands+free+dial&oid=5534798060122880002 From the sounds of it, you just need to plug an adapter into the phone and it will transmit and recieve the info from the headset. I am not a legal expert (my expertese is in computers), but I see no reason why a realtor can't take commision on a sale of a house somewhere else. We live in South Dakota and my father was a realtor for a short period of time and he could sell homes in Wyoming even though he was licenced in South Dakota. Those are the only answers that I have any knowledge in, so I won't attempt to answer the other questions. But like salgrey said, just keep trying, -ALL |

Great tail, I get the regular professional licensing newsletter from Iowa since I still hold my CPA certificate. And, there are other licensed occupations covered by that newsletter. And, from reading the Real Estate information in that newsletter, I can assure you that anyone attempting to receive a commission for selling real estate in Iowa without being correctly licensed in Iowa is subject to legal action by the State regulatory group. The newsletter reports legal settlement of such cases, by name of the person who has done it, and the fine or penalty involved. Normally, only a fine is involved, with a consent agreement to cease and desist, but those fines will quickly eat up any commissions. I cannot speak for other states. But, this sort of thing is why it is dangerous to get involved in legal questions on google answers. |
