ASP.NET 2.0 Using a multiselect listbox control as control parameter

in mutli select mode with an object data source control in ASP.NET

I have a 3 tier system and I will be passing my parameters to my
business layer. So I dont want any one teir answers it must be a
proper object orientated solution.
