I am leasing 1,000 square feet of retail space on Ventura Boulevard in
Sherman Oaks, CA.  I need to hire someone that will 1) help me design
my space to include 5 or 6 individual massage rooms, a bathroom, and
reception area; 2) create the construction drawings that are required
in order to receive a permit.
This will be the 3rd location for my chain of stores which means we
can use the other 2 as the basis for our design. I also have all of
the original construction drawings that were submitted and approved
during the permit application process. However, this particular piece
of space is smaller than my other locations and I'm therefore hoping
to find someone creative.

Please provide me with a list of at least 10 companies/individuals
that I can hire for the above. I'm struggling to find what I'm looking
for on the internet and I'm guessing my search terms are off in some
way. Maybe these people are called architects and I've incorrectly
assumed the term to be reserved for large-scale projects.
