I would like a list of total car sales by make & model in the U.S. broken
down by metro areas or major cities.  For example, the data would look
something lik this:

Washington D.C. Metro Area
Audi A4:          13,000
Audi A6:          10,000
BMW 3 Series:  18,000
BMW 5 Series:  14,000

etc.
