Go to local colleges and pay for the upcoming/recent graduate list
with names and addresses. A lot of these kids still live at home, or
if you created a good direct mail peice would discuss the idea with
their parents. "A graduation gift for your kids, and a legacy for you,
the financial success of your kids"  blah blah
