I have a small business, where I am a sole proprietor (LLC). My wife is only employee in the company and she is on a payroll. I work with some other company as full time employee. In addition, we have a child, who goes to daycare every day. The question I have relates to Depended Care reimbursement. Can my company reimburse my wife?s child care expenses? If so, how to set it up? I am aware of the fact, according to IRS, it is possible through FSA, but rules are SO confusing, especially for small businesses. Is there other ways, than FSA? Please advice. | |

You mean "dependent", not "depended". |
